Every payment receipted. Every stream accounted for, every month.
Schedule a meetingA treasury is owed more than it collects. Not because a shopkeeper refuses to pay, but because the register that would have billed her stayed on paper, and her payment was never matched to a name.
One valuation roll and one parcel register, kept current. Building footprints from satellite imagery show which parcels the roll never reached.
Registration, renewal and the compliance certificate in one flow, on one visit.
Market fees, parking, cess, signage and land rent, receipted where the money changes hands.
Aging and penalties compute on schedule. A person signs off before an enforcement step is taken.
214 parcels found with buildings and no assessment.
The trader holds proof before she leaves the stall. The same line lands in the ledger in the same second. Neither copy can be quietly edited afterwards.
Verider does not build payments. Your people have them. We build the assessment, the match and the enforcement above them.
Every channel settles to one ledger, so the record never splits in two.
A market fee paid by mobile money, receipted at the stall.
Every receipt matched to the collection account before close, so a discrepancy is a question you can still answer.
Each one shows the parcel, the valuation and the rate it came from. An objection is answered with a record instead of a queue.
The rate stays where the council set it. The register is what changes. Freetown roughly doubled its property register, from about 57,000 to about 110,000 (ICTD/IGC, 2020).
Every receipt matched to the bank statement, line by line.
In-country, written into the contract. We put it in the contract because a policy can be rewritten without anyone telling you.
A name, an ID number and an address are each encrypted on their own.
Every read and every write is logged, views included.
Every consequential match goes to a named officer. No account is enforced against by a machine alone.
No upfront budget line, just a baseline your finance ministry sets.
On a server in your country, or in your region where you choose that. The region, the facility and the exit terms go into the deployment contract, so they are not a policy a vendor can revise. It runs offline where connectivity thins and takes mobile money where payments happen.
Yours. Personal data is encrypted field by field. Access is scoped to the field, so a market-fee clerk cannot query the pension roll. Every read and every write lands in the audit trail, views included. The schema holds what your mandate needs and nothing more; what that includes is settled with your ministry and your data protection authority before go-live, then written into the contract.
With one slice of the mandate, named by your team. It runs against your own records, in your own building. What it recovers is a figure your own finance people can check, and that figure is what your team carries into the tender for the rest.
It is built for names as your people write them, not for one alphabet. This site runs in seven: English, French, Spanish, Swahili, Arabic, Hausa, Amharic. Your deployment's languages are named by your team.
Support and maintenance terms sit in the deployment contract, response times, upgrade duties, who is on the phone and when. Written before go-live rather than assumed after it, and your team is trained to run the system without us. Verider does not sell incident response or security monitoring; where your ministry needs those, they are procured separately.
Through your own process, from expression of interest to formal tender. Where your rules allow it, we will propose terms that take payment out of what the system recovers, so the cost sits against new collections rather than a budget line that is already committed. If the tender still has to be written, a meeting is the fastest way to scope what it should say.
The build is paid for out of what it recovers, so there is no new budget line to win before the work starts. Terms are set against measured results from your own pilot.
